Sit comfortably on the floor with your legs crossed.
PLEASE NOTE: you should just sit crossed legged in a normal way that you find most comfortable. In this video the lady has chosen to sit crossed legged with her feet resting up on her thighs. This is NOT necessary for the exercise and for a lot of people will create unnecessary discomfort. Just sit in a way that YOU find most comfortable.
Once you are sitting comfortably roll slowly forwards on the foam roller, just until you feel a comfortable stretch, and then slowly roll back again. If you don't have a foam roller you can lean forwards by walking your hands along the floor and then come back again.
