Extensors of the Forearm (tennis elbow/lateral epicondylitis), Stretch Two

Make a fist with your thumb in the middle and curl your wrist back. Your knuckles should be facing forwards. Keeping your arm straight and whilst leaning back slightly pull your arm backwards.
